Employee experience continues to increase in importance due to the disruption of working hours, continuous access, meeting ability, and the disappearance of the difference between home and office, especially after we switched to online tools after the pandemic.

We have developed and are developing different project setups with institutions from different sectors in Turkey.

For example, after the EVP (Employee Value Proposition), which we developed together with all human resources employees of a global food company, we had the opportunity to develop actions for this EVP and put these actions on a roadmap together with the managers with regional authority. We determined how the company should address both its employees and how it should be addressed over time. We have created a roadmap according to the order of importance and impact of the actions we have developed by advancing on this path. We have prepared a strategic plan of what actions to take in the next 3-6 months and 12 months.

In addition, we have determined and designed projects with a world-giant automotive company to provide a better experience to its employees, by determining what actions they can take in different factory and office locations. Our consultancy process continues so that they can continue on the road and turn ideas into actions.

On the other hand, we organized employee workshops, senior management workshops and action mapping on how we can improve the experience between employees and senior management for a different company with a global partner, which is among the 50 largest companies in Turkey.
